Had a terrible experience with Dell technical support. New machine did not have video card that worked. Spent many days on the phone with technical support that is outsourced outside of US. They could not get it to work. They then sent out a tech person to install new video card and in the process, completely erased all work that had been saved on computer. My son had hours of work saved. Spoke to various supervisors, one who had his group laughing in the background and he tried to say it was not their fault, although it was their repo who did this. Computer is still not working correctly.
