Technical support to seniors terrible! Should be on phone all night with representatives with broken english - and talk quickly. Impossible to for my mature mom to comprehend. Won't come out and fix computer as purchased the "in-house guarantee" as reassurance on her. Pc still no longer working - calculating 20-plus hours on phone with tech support team
Won't get another dell item - it is a disgrace - i've held 7 formerly that worked properly - and receive simply no promises for that one bad computer.
