Driver wont install and cant contact anyone for help. I paid $43.44 but do not have what I need

I requested a Driver Software to reinstall audio to my pc however it didnt obtain totally stating it wasnt suitable. I paid $43.44 with not just one to make contact with to deal with this criticism. Please return to me at [email protected]. I had been designed to acquire some type of verification and didn't.
