Charged without service

I hve a cost on my CC for $41.44 for DRI Trend Micro orderfind. Commn #1847704825

I don't mind the cost easily obtain a sequential number and so I may revise my Computer. I've a cost and an expired item and so I am struck both methods. Please send me the sequential number to revise my Computer or deliver me a credit for that cost.
