Trend Micro charged my credit card for another year's subscription on a laptop which had crashed and was no longer being used. Try to get a hold of them to straighten this out - would be easier to rea Unauthorized Charges on Credit Card

Purchased Trend Mico Internet Security from Frys for 3 computers. With Rebates it cost little. To regisster and activate the protection a credit card Number was required. At the end of the year Trend Micro started to give ach computer ntoices that it was time to renew. We didn't want to.inded one machine, a laptop, had crash and not being used at all.

Nevertheless, Trend Micro, without authorization charged a new annual subscrition to the card. I have seen reports that people who, without authorization, charge on other peoples charge accounts go to jail. Why should the people who without authorization, charged my credit card not go to jail.
