Poor warrenty service

Purchased a Toshiba Gaming notebook. It worked well-but got hot.inside a month it began closing down from over-heating and grey tested on launch until restarted numerous occasions.

Attempted to obtain Geek Team to repair it under warranty. It got 20 times before they explained it handed all diagnostics and that I must purchase a virus-scan (I'd reinstalled the notebook from factory configurations before providing it to Bestbuy).

Then I tried to obtain Toshiba Website to correct it. It required hours on hod to achieve them-and they stated they discovered some sill, therefore wouldn't restore under guarantee (but desired $450 to correct an under guarantee $950 notebook). I subsequently got many more times (hours on-hold) to make the journey to a who stated the same (he couldn't over-ride the specialists who "possess the final state".

The notebook was delivered (fortunately free of charge) but wasn't just unrepaired, but was in items (plastic elements were free within the container and screws were lacking). I stuck a player company criticism and got a call-back, simply to below the same kind of tale having a several fresh turns (that that sill that I'd no understanding of may be a biohazard (spilled milk-can be lethal I suppose) plus they couldn't proceed the fix if it had been discovered and sometimes even finish the reassembly (They required the $450 rubber gloves to achieve that).
