Notebook was requested in March. It's today Oct 9th, and from day-one haven't had a functional notebook. It was requested for my boy to try university-waste of him getting it with him (cant utilize it). It hasnt worked because we bought it, after numerous emails, numerous calls to customer support, specialists arriving and heading, etc. Toughest organization I Have actually handled in my own living!
