I purchased a Toshiba Satellite Laptop in September.in November of awoke one day to locate LCD - screen had damaged overnight. I approached Toshiba and without actually taking a look at the pc they stated I trigger the harm to the pc and they wouldn't recognize their guarantee. They'd RESTORE the display for $600 (the notebook only charge me $450 new). After some bargaining, they decided to analyze the notebook. I sent it for them overnight. I named after fourteen days to check on the standing of the fix plus they stated again that it had been not protected under warranty. They again agreed to do the repair. This time around just $425. I've submitted grievances the Greater Business Institution and also the people Fair Trade Commission. I motivate others to document grievances with Toshiba and also to not purchase their items until their business methods enhance.
