Bought laptop conclusion of July. A couple of months later the keyboard go wrong (needed to make use of the onscreen keyboard), then your foot of the laptop began breaking available whenever you start and shut the notebook. I named Toshiba, they stated they'd deliver an email n/a verification to ensure that I really could produce the tag and send it into them. That might be $24.99 to deliver it for them. We never received the container. Named back in regards to a month later plus they had the incorrect email and phone number on document. Fixed the data, delivered the notebook @ my cost then i never got a phone. Following the notebook lay in fix standing for nearly 2 wks i called Toshiba. They'd the incorrect # on record again. This is exactly what occurs whenever you got ppl from different nations employed in customer support (language buffer) thatnot determine what your saying. Then they explained I'd to pay for $175 to repair the bottom and keyboard. It isn't protected. They just include faulty material. I submitted a, they offered mean approved person and that Iam awaiting my child today to determine if she really wants to permit Toshiba to repair it for $175 or allow T & R repair center (approved fix for Toshiba) to provide her a quotation. I have settled enough cash to these ppl already. Their item is poorly-made and that I'll never purchase a notebook from their website again or other things if i might help it. They're on my SHIT checklist along w/Coby.
