I've an HP Pavilion laptop. The instant onto it failed and after some study I came across it had been remembered. I delivered my normally completely perfect laptop to horsepower for approved free alternative of the motherboard. I delivered it for them within the container they provided, utilizing the packaging supplies they provided.
I called to check on the standing of my fix after five times approved. I had been subsequently informed the motherboard was changed at free but I'd need to purchase another required repairs towards the "LCD-Screen", handles and bezel. They declare to possess pictures of the harm which was observed while unpacking the container. I've yet to determine these pictures and also have not obtained my pc back from their website however. There's NO feasible method that I delivered them a broken pc, however once they got it from the container the bezel construction was lacking from this... WHAT???
I really think this can be a fraud by horsepower. They changed the recognized faulty motherboard after which attempted to con additional repairs from me.
