I purchased a brand new Dell also it worked to get a sum-total of 3 hours. I required 14 days plus they possibly put up, moved me to some boss that never responded, moved me to "another specialist" after which put up, explained to consider the pc aside having a screwdriver. I created 14 calls, frequently on-hold for half an hour, and was left having a damaged new pc with no paths for fixing it. Additionally they declined to deliver a specialist to my home, stating that their regular operating process would be to have me consider the pc aside and they'll assist me repair it within the telephone which may break my guarantee.)

I finally called my charge card organization and submitted a challenge. They needed all of the records I'd obtained of the calls I'd created. I also delivered 3 emails; these were never responded. I've provided Dell before end-of January to come quickly to my house to get their pc, as my charge card (Mastercard) has examined this case and it has returned my profit complete.
