I had purchased some toner cartridges from Inkjetsuperstore last year, but hadn't started using them until this year. I kept having problems with one of the toners. It would print a few pages and then just stop. I had to keep taking it out of the printer and shaking it to get it to work again. Since it had been so long since I bought it, I just assumed that they wouldn't do anything about it, so I kept ignoring the issue. Finally, I checked their website about how to report problems and they handled my problem RIGHT AWAY by sending me a new toner. Excellent, unexpected good service. I will definitely use them again.
