The pc i bought from dell (aka heck) came useless. I named and was sent to asia. The moment i described the pc was lifeless they set me on endless store and/or reduce me down. This lasted hours. I eventually told them I'd be arguing the cost on my ax and reduce me down one final time. The repetition. At ax tried calling plus they reduce her down too. Ax managed it for me personally, although grudgingly, but i wound up spending delivery to come back their lifeless pc. Stay away from them. I have never before endured such disappointment having a store. I purchased a PC at w&h picture and movie plus they were great. I have seen good stuff about tigerdirect and newegg also.
