Awful company

I order a computer from BlueHippo almost a year ago. I stop the payment from coming out my checking account because I was missed informed. Per the contact, I can not get my money back, so I order the computer thru there catalog about two months ago. I have a balance of $1008.64, the computer was $801.00 and I had to send them $61.15 for the taxes and shipping, which there still will be a balance. When I try to chat with them on-line, I'm getting a message stating they need my lay away plan which I did not sign the contract. So I sent them all the papers I had including my statement, copy of money order, message that I'm getting when I try to get my shipping information and the order form for the computer, which was sent certify mail last week.

I have been trying to reach some one by phone and e-mail but no one has contacted as of yet. I'm very up set because these people has my money and not try to communicate with me to resolve the issue.in addition: I wrote to BBB and they could not help and this was the first time I was able to chat on-line and informed I had to order from the catalog.

I hope you of some one can help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.
