I've been repeatedly delayed, lied to, placed on indefinate store moved to various technology repetitions, overlooked by customer support, declined required on-sight aid, falsly guaranteed of manager phone backs. All by dell pc repetitions & technicians in a nation significantly, significantly away. I beat the dell computer into as small a when i might and place in trash. I subsequently bought a genuine pc a-mini mac by apple. Luckily the mini mac enables you to use nearly any display, mouse/keyboard printer etc. And so i could atleast use some remaining components. The macintosh hasbeen flawless. Dell to hell! John m
