Have bought a lot of things from their store previously which were required easily. (I work-in IT business, marketing, pc).
A couple of months previously bought a Abit motherboard for $50 significantly more than might have gotten at most of the locations online. After wasting hours and hours more than 5 times troubleshooting and on Abit boards, everybody decided that it had been faulty. I got total computer program back again to CBW to look at. They decided the motherboard was poor, but that it had been my problem since it had a little indention by processor since screwdriver slipped and thermal paste deposit on some places. The harm was really minimal and also the motherboard had never worked just before that anyhow. They'd "attempt" and RMA it. After i bought an upgraded motherboard and billed $80 for them taking a look at it, they explained when it was RMA'd successfully, to consult with a to determine about obtaining shop credit as a swap for that new motherboard they obtained.
It was believed to me since I'd taken care of alternative currently and work.
I had been approached lastly the RMA experienced and they obtained the alternative, And So I went and talked with supervisor, plus they wouldn't trade motherboard for something.
$'s spent: 0 on motherboard, $80 in it focusing on my computer to find out poor motherboard, $150 on the replacement motherboard.
