This product did not work for me. The only way to get help is to chat online with a representative. They don't have a phone number to call for some who like to communicate in that way. I've had to chat 3-4 times with a supervisor because the representatives couldn't help me. I could not get a dial tone and could not toggle between "Telephone" and "Headset". After each time chatting, they all assured me that it should work, but the problem still stayed the same. After a while I just got frustrated and tired of it. Each chat session would last 1 hour each.
