It has been a week and my new mini HP is dead. And I have still dealing with the resort mentality of customer service located in Costa Rico who would rather deal with you tomorrow than today... And in the end some of you have sat there for months with a new but non working computer.
HP's customer service must have a goal of getting all problems so off track that we end up weeping in exhaustion... Well if it was a hair dryer it would be one thing, but a computer is too pricey and we all deserve what we pay for.
