I simply purchased an HP Pavilion Laptop. I just had it a couple of minutes and that I couldn't unmute. Thus ultimately I called customer support. I had been having a repetition or on-hold for FIVE hours nowadays simply to discover they have to create a restoration drive and send it in my experience. I actually donot believe I ought to have to cope with a restoration drive being delivered from Asia about the first evening of having a completely new laptop. Exactly what a frustration.
