I bought anew hp pavilion laptop on 12/4. On 12/5 it froze and locked up doing a windows update. After 2hours of speaking with the rudest and most unproffesional rep i have ever had the pleasure to speak to she reformattred and reinstalled the software and then informed me that windows 8 has an issue and that it can't be updated for at least 3 months and turned off all the windows 8 updates on the laptop. During those 2 hours I asked 7 times to speak to a supervisor and was refused to by the rep. The rep said I'm going to get it fixed so you don't need to speak to anyone. I informed the rep its not about getting it fixed i wish to speak to the supervisor but about your customer service skills and how you deal with customers. Never got to speak to a supervisor and she would not give me a referance number for the call or case number or her ID.
