Customer service sucks!

I purchased a brand new Pavilion 6110 laptop and after 4 weeks, the show beginning heading out... So when you employed the battery, it had been so dim you cannot see the display. I sent it back for restoration. First got it back... They allegedly changed some type of point... Okay... It appeared to work with all 3 MONTHS! Then your display went totally dim constantly, actually blocked in, thus dim you cannot utilize it. I named and delivered it once more... It's been nearly 3 months with no pc. I've named and named and been moved all over the world again and again. I've been informed they cannot find it to it was delivered in one service-center to a different, that it was resting without any purchase onto it, to "we shall possess a boss contact you within 24-48 hours"... (which never occurred)... Though I actually donot care to keep in touch with a boss, I do want to understand where the notebook is, exactly why isnot it mounted so when it's likely to be delivered back!!! I'm screaming angry. I've been through the tale 100 occasions with 100 various individuals who mainly cannot speak Language and that I am therefore irritated! I simply called again and was moved three times to become informed our methods are down!
