I requested printer cartridges in Februsry, got a contact stating that it had been on backorder. It's today 2 weeks later and that I still don't have my printer. They don't reply the telephone or answer emails. I delivered 4 various emails and got NO repsonse. They did cost my charge card but NEVER sent these products. I'm likely to return to my charge card and find out so what can be achieved. NEVER buy using this organization.
