I requested wrong update of my trojan protection from their site in late 2007. While it did not function properly, approached them on 1/17/08 plus they uninstalled my error and reinstalled the right update plan. On that day, they explained I'd obtain a reimbursement for $39.99 for that unique plan that I purchased improperly and maynot use on my pc. But, they will have done nothing. Have approached their 800- quantity significantly more than six occasions. They maintain encouraging an answer but nothing happens.
