I settled 99.00 for Spyware & Virus Removal Assistance, A - 30 day plan to get rid of spyware from computer. Was on ALL NIGHT AND countless hours. Eliminated issue but remove sw on device including symantec antivirus sw. Today they're showing me to consider my computer towards the unique supplier! They'll not repair the problems they produced. Was on telephone another period for more than 8 hours being returned from agent to broker. They explained to consider my problems elsewhere. After I requested to get a reimbursement they planned a period for customer support to contact me. I still haven't had the opportunity to repair my computer or obtain a return. Exactly what a FRAUD!!! Avoid this company.
