Drive replacement issue

Since my laptop isn't realizing the drive on September 29 I named HP Assistance. The drive check about the cmos failed. I had been provided an upgraded for that drive that I'll obtain it and to be sent. Used to do not obtain it that day and that I named

Back horsepower Assistance plus they explained that I'd obtain it on 10/12/06, it didn't arrived for the reason that day both.

I called HP Help for that third-time which was once they explained they didn't possess the drive that I've to hold back until 11/02. I requested to keep in touch with a boss and also the boss explained that simply because they didn't possess the drive in-stock I'll need to wait till 11/02/06 to obtain it. I told him that the drive was required by me before that day, actually believed it had been guaranteed for shipping on 10/12 and 10/04 I had been never informed the hard disk drive wasn't in-stock. The boss explained that I'll have it the moment next mon 10/16/06 and he might purchase me a tough drive in one of providers, the drive didn't arrived in yesterdady as guaranteed.

Today I've a fresh $829 laptop resting in my own wardrobe going back 3 months doing nothing for me personally. The computer performs not really bad, but I can't utilize it with no drive.
