I pay Yahoo 19.99 a month to host my website and assist me with any problems I may have. This includes business email. For over 6 months, I have not been able to access my website, my business email, my ftp, or anyone who will help. I have written countless emails but get the standard auto responder answers.
I have asked them to cancel the account and refund me the moneys for the months I have not been able to use their products and have never even been acknowledged in this respect. They once asked for persmission to monitor my account which I gave, but that was 3 or 4 months ago and still nothing is happening.
They have geven me a phone number to call 1-866-800-8092 and a referrence number KMM639743V65991L0KMN. I need this account cancelled and all my monies returned for something I have not recieved.
