COMPUTER ISSUES - dell precision M6700

You are in the US and have to deal with people in the Philippines, you call they have no idea how to fix the issue, then they transfer you over and over. I had talk with over 7 people, tranfer my call and they HAVE NO IDEA... Dell is saving money with support but losing customes!!! Terrible!
