Laptop restocking fee

I purchased a laptop from Conn's sunday march 13 when I took it home the computer was having problems with the internet signal inside my home. The signal will go from 2 bars to 0. My 5yr old laptop was at full signal strength, so immediately I knew something was wrong. I went back to the store on march 14 early morning to exchange the lap top. The "policy" Conn's is 15% re stocking fee its based on the purchase price of my item. Ended up being $90 dollars. Ridiculous!!! Just to exchange and Item??? I was being charged that fee to exchange it or even to return it. I have no way of knowing if the next computer will have the same problem. I was so upset at the way Conn's handles these issues.
