I am sorry I bought Dell

My brand new R 20 000 Dell lapton cant switch on.

The Dell call centre experience yesterday morning were as follows:

- Half past eight in the morning they only open. Most of us starts work a bit earlier. One can see why their service is so bad - perhaps they should start working a bit earlier.
- Evantuntually I get through only to be told that I should phone the same number than I already phoned.
- The next time I phone they keep me waiting so long I had to put the phone down
- Then eventurally I got through and had to give my computor information three times to different people.
- Then the wanted to run diagnostices (the laptop cant switch on)
- After I had to speak to a superviser they agreed to send domebosy in terms of my on site guarantee.
- Yesterday afternoon late they phone me that the technical team can not come today as promissed but only on Friday, this is no the third day after the R 20 000 lapton lost is capabiity to switch on.
- I respectfully requested a replacement computor but they refused
- First they said it would by first thing on Friday, but then it moved to the first half of Friday
Not good - very very disspointing
