I have been successfully using the HP PHOTOSMART Model No B109f for over FOUR years. I purchased a large number of ALL four (4) colour cartridges. I still have a large number of these. I have just purchased an HP Deskjet3520. There was NO notice from HP that the INITIAL cartridges could ONLY be used for the B109f. These cartridges CANNOT be used on the Deskjet 3520.
The seller CURRY does NOT want to refund me because I no longer have the RECEIPT. Can HP help me to obtain a refund? I want to exchange them for cartridges that are currently used for the 3520.
Q. Can I mail them to HP? If so, WHERE?
