It's impossible to get in touch with anyone, had to resort to online chat. I've been using magic jack for 3 years and suddenly it will no longer put through a local call (my same area code). I get a recorded message about conference calling every time! Was told I needed to purchase additional services, which I refused. It also goes down a lot and drops calls. I'm getting rid of this scam of a phone service.
