Customer Technical Support is Horrible - HP Photosmart B210a

I called today to find out why my print quality is Horrible everything is dull! This support agent isn't listening to me or I'm not her only call, I had to repeat myself several time after i've finished a task that she asked me to preform in which the only thing that changed with the different tasks is less ink! Before we are disconnected she try's to tell me that the reason my print quality is so bad is because last month i used 2 refilled black cartridges and yes Black only. However I was taking photoshop cs6 class this last summer and you know what the print quality was terrible then to and that was a good 3 months before i ever tried a refilled cartridge i fill that all she is doing is grasping straws because she doesn't know what she's talking about! I chose your Photosmart Printer because its supposed to be for Photos. But it is lacking in the Photo Department. Also the whole phone number thing just incase were disconnected what a joke she hasn't called back. I guess it's time i do more research and find a better company hopeful one that can produce what they claim
