I bought a HP Office Jet 6700 premium on Aug 5. I did not open the box until Oct 29. I used it 4 or 5 times and it broke. THey want to send a refurbished unit. I paid $199 for a new printer that should last more than 4 times. I want a new one. If I wanted a refurbished printer I would have bought one.
