Underquoted my trade-in by $5,000 and tried to sell me a car $2,000 over book value

So, where to start... My wife and I decided to go to carmax to switch to an older vehicle to drop our loan balance and lower our payments. We were trying to sell our 2008 Honda Accord and purchase a 2002 Ford Expedition. I saw the Ford on the internet. I looked up the value of the vehicle and even ...

My parents both have cars from there and they have a $1400 credit from a lawsuit filed against them. I found a Mazda Mazda3 in Virginia that i liked and asked to have it transfered. It ...

I am extremely distraught right now. My husband and I bought our vehicles from Carmax 3 years ago and were told all about the company's wonderful ethics, dedication to customers, etc. And that Carmax will buy your car (that you bought from Carmax) back for a great price. We are moving to England ...
