Verizon Fios
Multiple Accounts, Wrong Charges, And Collections Over Returned Equipment

Miscellaneous Barbra14 0

I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, FCC and next will be IC3. Gov. When I lived in VA. They not only had me with four different accounts, but always wrong charges. Now, they are trying to place me in collections for the amt. Above. Another account number? Say I did NOT return equipment? (I don't ...

Verizon Fios
NFL Red Zone Missing For Weeks, Only $5 Credit Offered

Miscellaneous Steve2504 0

Fios switched me from Direct TV. Promised me NFL Red Zone. For the last 3 weeks no Red-Zone. All other subscribers are upset. Class action. Fios never should have guaranteed NFL Football Red Zone if they could not deliver. I asked for a Credit and they offer me $5.. That's a joke. Only reason I ...

Credit of $51.56 Owed After Terminating Service Not Applied

Miscellaneous Susan1958 0

I had terminated service with Verizon Fios in June. It is now August and I have received two bills both indicating that I am due a credit of 51.56. I have called and been passed around because the number that they give you to call does not connect you to a person who can resolve the issue. The ...

Verizon Fios
Billed $167.57 for Fios Service Cancelled a Year Earlier

Miscellaneous RI4 0

I have not had any Verizon services of any kind since LAST APRIL 16, however, they have been billing me, harassing me/bullying me (hired 3 collection agencies) to call me daily/threatening letters for $167.57 but I never had this service! I lost ALL Verizon FIOS services (Internet, TV, and LANDLINE ...

Verizon Fios
Overpaid for Internet Without Being Told of Cheaper Offer

Miscellaneous GLSTARZ 0

I started cable & Internet service with Verizon Feb. 2011. In Sept. 2011 I cancelled the cable service but kept the Internet. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps that month trying to see how I could lower the Internet bill since it was going up to $80 a month due to not having the ...

Directv vs Verizon Fios
Fios bundling no longer existed, $400 to cancel after 24 hours

Miscellaneous Susi4 0

On 3/5 my husband and I (from here on I'll say me for practicality) signed up for Directv with bundling with Verizon Fios. At this point money isn't important. Directv stated they contracted with Verizon Fios in this area for Phone and internet as they only did cable. I was to call Verizon to set ...
