Three Calls, Over Six Hours, Printer Network Card Still Not Fixed
I have called 3 times a total of 6.25 hrs total. My call was because my network card on the printer was not working. I troubleshooted it 3 times with 3 different operators telling them the exact same thing 3 times. The last operator hung up on me and I was so frustrated I haven't called back yet ...
