Unauthorized Debit After In-Store Payment Caused Over $250 in Charges

Construction & Repair munoz96 0

I am extremely disappointed in Conn's Customer Service. Their Account Manager's are helpful, but I don't know how a large Corporation like Conn's is unable to solve an error they made, by ensuring that their customers bank accounts are not compromised. I was going to make a payment over the phone. ...

Miscellaneous woodsfloyd2 0

Regarding your invoice # 014193462-001. My washer is still NOT functioning after a 11/23 purchase, two service calls by your technician - and the part is not due in until 12/23!!! This is inexcusable. I faxed the corporate service manager today (12/15) regarding this matter. ...

My experience with Conn's has been disastrous from beginning to end. I unknowingly purchased defective merchandise and there is no customer service to speak of. I have left over a dozen messages from the store to 2 different regional managers to the corporate office and no one has returned my ...

Laptop Crashed, Six-Week Repair Wait and Repeated Hang-Ups

Construction & Repair DONE4EVER 0

Do not ever buy anything from Conn’s. The salespeople are very nice until you make your purchase and walk out the door. Everyone is really nice until the sale is complete and you have any problem. All the things they say about their “guaranteed satisfaction” is a crock. I will personally guarantee ...

LG TV and Frigidaire Cooktop Both Failed, Wrong Part Ordered

Construction & Repair joaquinb82 0

I bought a LG HDTV from Conn's and within a month it failed. To make a super long story very short. It took their service department 3 months to fix it. Even after talking to the manager and he having his "best" technician working exclusively on my TV. Then I bought a Frigidaire Cooktop ...

Washer and Dryer Not in Stock Despite Promised Monday Delivery

Miscellaneous ianblue05 0

I recently purchased a set of washer and dryer from Conn's and was greatly upset by the transaction. After putting $500 down and the rest on a GE credit card, the customer service representatives told us that we would DEFINITELY get a set by Monday, which had been three days away at the time of ...
