Washer Not Working After Two Service Calls, Part Not Due Until 12/23

Regarding your invoice # 014193462-001. My washer is still NOT functioning after a 11/23 purchase, two service calls by your technician - and the part is not due in until 12/23!!! This is inexcusable. I faxed the corporate service manager today (12/15) regarding this matter.
