- Poor customer service, never return calls, damaged furniture
- Bad Sofa set Flatten soft cushions bad cores and foams cheap made, In less than 2 month after i bought them replaced them worse than before, bad customer service wont honor the warranty, I paid for 5 years of warranty the sold me. Still wont fix it
