Operate, do not go, from their custom apparel department! I've a performing team in Detroit and we requested 5 custom made gowns in one of DHGateis vendors (Sunvary) in late 2011. First notice, their cost program wasn't put up as offered about the DHGate website because they would not begin my purchase until my transaction cleaned... However the gowns turned up as guaranteed and were wonderful! Therefore we requested another group of "summertime" gowns in-May. Once they turned up, I had been amazed! These were as terrible whilst the first types were fantastic! Poorly-made, ill-installation, connections attached on backwards, uneven zippers, uneven bra patches along with a bra pad attached in to the bottom hem of 1! An overall total damage! I approached our formerly pleasant Sunvary repetition and was informed to deliver images. I did so. They slipped off the earth... An overall total fraud!
I received NO responses to my recurring regular efforts to obtain details about my reimbursement. Till nowadays after I was nicely informed I'd waited too much time and also the 120-day evaluation time was shut... Again, complete fraud!
I returned to DHGate Customer Support straight to record them-and when I returned to my Concept Middle mailbox to recreate the schedule of SUNVARYIS neglect, OUR EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS HAVE BEEN DELETED!!! There is no further ANY evidence of my discussions about that purchase - at-all!
I dropped $600 for this website and certainly will inform everybody I will TO PREVENT THEM AT ANY PRICE!!
