Never received order!

I positioned on purchase on 11/28/10 to get a jacket like a Holiday present. I had been billed $16.00 to truly have the ONE JACKET delivered. Tody is December 10 but still no jacket. I named Norm Thompson and talked most abundant in uncomfortable and unprofessional Mrs. Gustafson who declined to accomplish something. She stated I've to hold back thirty days before she'd do something. I described it was a Holiday present and he or she couldn't have cared less. She explained to buy a different one! How can they escape with this specific... Avoid the corporation! Bad news.
