I delivered a gown to Norm Thompson that we had had for many decades but hadn't used more often than once since the very first time I cleaned it the gown turned really out-of-form. I looked up their promise which stated products might be delivered anytime without any concerns. I delivered the gown to Norm Thompsonis Returns Department tackle and described the issue in an email. Though I provided my mail, telephone, and tackle withit, I noticed nothing from Norm Thompson. After nearly per month I named Customer Support and requested for that position. They explained to call-in another week. I waited months until after Christmas. I talked with another Customer Support individual who explained she'd study it and contact me in 2 - 3 times. I noticed nothing again and named back per week later. Today they tell me they've no report of getting the gown and that I should acquire some evidence in the postoffice that I delivered it and they acquired it. I believe I put out the email bill and will probably not have the ability to create evidence for them. But Norm Thompsonis reckless attitude, insufficient responsiveness, and ineptness really are a caution not conduct business together again.
