Very rude customer service

I requested a set of UGGis for my child for Holiday 09. Nicely least to express her mom gave me the incorrect size. I named Eastbay.com to inform them my problem. I also had dropped the bill through the "commotion" of the growing season (I understand really silly on my component!). Therefore Jan. 4th I named and talked to somebody. They inform me they are able to mail-out the bill, or send it. This being the current era I stated "Hello! Send it on over!" Then I had been informed it'd consider 24 to 48 hours. To send. I had beennot to enthusiastic attack that-but exactly what the heck, my young girl actually enjoys these shoes. Obviously 48 hours. Later no bill. I named them back and talked to another person. Obviously she apologized I had been informed it had been sent they did not understand what happened. They stated they'd deliver it out by fax again, (Another 24 to 48 hrs.). After 30 hours. With no bill I named them again this time around very annoyed. I talked to some boss and that I was informed the 48 hours weren't up and that I still might get the bill. What garbage!!! Then I had been informed the boss might access it it and make certain it had been sent that evening. I would like to not overlook she was really rude!!! Her name is Kelly at ext. 4351."Oh yes people it was switching critical!" 24 hours later you know what? Huh? Huh? You wanna speculate?

No bill! Today my spouse is spewing flame from her nostrils and undoubtedly I'm the main one being burned! All of us realize that garbage moves down-hill and so I called again. This time around no Mr. Nice Individual, no somebody with feeling, simply an upset Spouse, Dad, and Guy! I contact and have for Kelly at ext. 4351 I obtain a switchboard and also the owner informs me she responded since the boss I named is about the telephone and he or she doesn't have voice-mail. EXACTLY WHAT THE HECK!!! 2010!!! With no! Voicemail! Then she asks me what organization was I calling? WHAT COMPANY WAS I CALLING!!! What type of "flimflam" material! And so I get another boss and that I provide her the company no cussing, however the company never the less, that boss (oh my poor Connie H. I don't set her lastname available tho I'd like to) is equally as rude providing me the "Spoken Football Program". (incidentally I created that up, you should use it but don't behave like you considered it). By this time I simply need our money-back and so I need the bill by mail that very second and mess the larger dimension provide me back my money! Connie H. Sent it over that instant. We are delivering the shoes back to get a complete reimbursement of 129.99 and that I may simply visit Nordstroms and obtain her some from their website. Obviously, " Hello if it's pointless to say then I aint surely got to say it today. Do I?"
