Recently, I went in to the top division at JC Penney to purchase some new tops. I had been surprised from the poor quality of the tops today being offered when compared with 2 yrs ago. The button-down oxford shirts was previously produced in El Salvador with large material treated with Scotchguard. Today, the Oxford is created in China with really low quality material. Should you store at JC Penney, don't purchase any top that's area of the "Necessities" product-line. The Necessities tops are poorly-made with trash material and therefore are complete garbage.
