I requested hair bows out of this organization on Nov. 25. One hair ribbon was for Holiday, that we got after-Christmas so my child did not actually put it on. Bows emerged over per month after purchasing them-and threehair bows were lacking from my purchase. They claimed these were on backorder. I waited per month in order for them to be delivered and nothing. I approached thecompany through e-mail and requested to get a return. They decided and stated it'd maintain my consideration within 48 hours. It was over per month before. Below it's over four weeks because I requested the bows and that Iam still coping with this bad organization. The only path to get hold of them is through e-mail plus they wont react to some of my emails. I have documented them towards the Better Business Agency but actually they cannot obtain the organization to provide me my reimbursement. Their quality using the BBB is definitely an "Y" because of additional conflicting difficulties with additional annoyed clients.
