This is actually the TOUGHEST organization you could perhaps conduct business with. I requested a set of shoes OVER per month before and that I still haven't received them. I've named AND sent NUMEROUS times, without any response to my emails, and that I USUALLY obtain a saving with no call-back. Don't order from these folks, for amy cause.
