This usacomplaints.com should concern any citizen who believes in the integrity of our federal government, the checks and balances between these democratic branches, and if; in fact, their ultimate interest is the protection of our basic constitutional rights.
I have posted at my website, a reproduction of my June appeal to House Speaker Pelosi. Speaker Pelosi was my representative during the time when I was suing the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for illegally closing and then not reopening my cases after I showed them prima facie evidence of fraud that directly involved one of their investigators. I have documented this evidence at my website and there you will see this extremely obvious evidence supporting my allegations. Pelosi at that time played a part by intervening on my behalf and forced the Office of Inspector General at the EEOC to respond to my claims. These were claims the EEOC OIG were aware of and intentionally ignored for eight months!
This past June, I appealed again for House Speaker Pelosis help and asked her to get answers to two inquiries. These inquiries were based on an EEOC Office of Inspector General report to the US Congress that mirrored exactly my allegations against this investigator but also stated that an investigator falsified several documents and not just presumably mine. The timing of this report in the fall of 2003 was about three months after I first presented this evidence to the EEOC General Counsel in Washington DC. My current US representative, Zoe Lofgren, though it directly involved the integrity of OIG report to congress, refused to investigate these claims of EEOC corruption.
The federal courts also proved themselves equally corrupt as I have meticulously documented at my website.
