I delivered two articles of clothing to burlington's and was educated since it have been past their date to credit our bank card for the amount they'd matter me a store credit. It was good... However the credit these were giving way was below the total amount i'd paid.

After i complained the worker stated that was shop plan... The item experienced all original tags attached, clothes never-worn, and original receipt was handed for them. They said it did not matter... I spoke with two employees and ask for your manager and was handed same response... Nothing they might do about this, as 1) it was shop policy and 2) their system would not permit it.

I've shopped in a lot of shops, have returned items and have always obtained the total amount i settled for your merchandise with my sales bill.

That is ridiculous. No-where about the receipt does it note a-2 week return term... However that's what they claim whenever you try and return anything.

I also get the quality of the merchandise to be substandard... And doubt that i'll ever store there again... And that i will definitely advise every household, friends and acquaintances of the shops horrible customer relationships, product etc... Jkg
