Really, very poor company. I requested three sets of shoes from their website. They promoted them as suede shoes. Not imitation or micro-fiber, but suede. That was a rest. The shoes certainly weren't suede. But that's simply the start. The shoes were broken. One set was poorly stained bright some form of white material. Another set was broken. The substance was scrapped from the boot in three locations! I could not think it. I delivered them two emails, but no reaction. I sent them twice but still no reaction. I called and named, the amount was continuously active. (possibly due to additional grievances) and so I eventually git through and was speaking with a guy called David. He explained he was the supervisor. I described the problem to him and all he explained was they might consider 10% from what i paid. That which was that likely to do? I invested more than 75 bucks, which was a laugh. And did i note, the shoes were said to be a Holiday present? Yes, these were shipped on Dec. 22nd five times after i requested. This David man had no regret. He explained I ought to have named earlier. I told him i sent two faxes and two emails the night time before, which same day. He simply dismissed me and stated it had been too late. Then i requested what exactly am i likely to do? He again stated he might provide me 10% down. I expected him if he'd purchase broken shoes. He put me on-hold. When he returned he explained he'd to determine an image of the shoes, as though I had been laying they were broken. I stated easily deliver an email I actually donot think I'll obtain a response back since i never got an answer towards the first two. I told him that which was poor company. He offered me his immediate email address and explained to deliver it. He then simply hungup on me! I am still in surprise... Consumer beware!
