I thought I'd never get my cash back. After 2 months of calling Chickdowntown customer support and being guaranteed credit within 24 hours (to no avail) - I switched the problem to American Express. After another 2 months, I eventually got my cash back. Chickdowntown did not even bother answering questions from American Express. I'd not suggest purchasing something out of this organization - actually. I'd suggest obtaining an American Show should you choosenot have one!!
